This service is confidential and can be tailored to our clients needs and offer after hours attempts. We always guarantee three attempts to serve.

MNAScribe believes that children have a right to spend equal time with both parents. We believe all healthy parents should share equal parenting time and decision making of their children.
We advocate for men’s rights in the family court system. We offer a unique service and we will attend court with you as support if you feel alone.
Commissioner of Oaths

Our accomplished Commissioner of Oath can save you time and money by arranging a time to meet with you at your convenience to commission various documents.
Examples of such documents are: affidavits, statutory declarations, and government forms.

Witness to Access Exchange

Separation and divorce can be a tense time for our clients who would benefit from a neutral third party presence. We will professionally act as a non bias witness during exchanges of parenting time. We will then provide an affidavit as witnesses to the event if requested.
